Baby boos are very playful and tend to try and scare each other while playing. Oftentimes this leads to multiple baby Boos getting spooked, including the baby boo doing the scaring!

They also practice their invisibility during this but it's cute seeing them try to be invisible but are. plainly obvious to see. Like you go lil babie you're so spooky you're gonna scare thousands when you grow up <3

For all his experience, he’s still scared of ghosts- something that is likely connected to his canon fear of sudden movements, yet he still adopts Polterpup simply because the dog likes him and needed a home. And to this day, Polterpup still makes him nervous with his unpredictable, ghostly behavior, but Luigi still loves him wholeheartedly, returning the moments his dog accidentally startles him with understanding and affection.

Then there’s the other ghosts. Luigi had every reason in the world to never set foot in Evershade Valley again, even with the dark moon restored, but the end credits show him making an effort to befriend the very same ghosts who had attempted to kill him.

No doubt there was some discomfort in meeting them in a more friendly context, but he pushes through that discomfort in order to give the spirits the dignity of knowing them for who they really are.

Let’s not forget that in Luigi’s Mansion 3 he used all the money he’d recently collected and (what I assume to be) months of his time to build the ghosts– again, the same ones who had just tried to kill him– a new hotel to live in because he felt bad for them, and knew they weren’t really evil outside of King Boo’s influence.
