The harm copyright laws cause is greater than the harm they prevent even if you believe they prevent any harm at all
I think this is true about patents and things as well. it's all just a system to allow the lower class to be exploited via enabling unfair pricing.
perhaps a system to reward innovation via a for lack of better term "prize" rather than the reward being "you get to hold this above peoples heads and dictate who can afford it" this would also ideally allow more access to things for people.
