favorite thing: he's genuinely trying to be there for alice. he's not just doing it to compete with her mom so he can have her attention. he loves her so much and really wants to understand her

least favorite thing: sometimes he falls a little too much into the embarrassing dad trope

random headcanon: I think bill is the embodiment of "I will be your friend (threat)" and that's how him and paul became friends

unpopular opinion: this isn't really that unpopular but I feel bill truly is a good dad. I've seen too many posts saying otherwise for my liking. his relationship with alice isn't perfect but he is actively working on improving it (also the state of their relationship is the fault of both parts but that's a whole other discussion)
