First stop, done. Madrid was the second destination. I liked, but not so much as Toledo. It has beautiful museums and churches, lots of people, the food was good and the weather was very hot. Most of the shots were taken at the streets, I´m happy with the results, take a look, hope you like them too.

It has being a long and hard winter. That always limits the chance to get outside and take the streets or other outside places with the intent of create some images. Last weekend was Liga MEO Surf time, a perfect opportunity to watch the best Portuguese surfers in action. As the weather was alright, me and my older one (which also surfs) went to Ribeira D’Ilhas beach in Ericeira, to spend a great father\daughter time. She´s a great companion, she loves surf, photography and in the top of the cake, her favorite female surfer was signed in. As always I’ve took some shot, that I’ll share in this post. Hope you like them.

Today was fun, as we did last year, we went to see the carnival parade at Loures. It is always fun to watch how people embrace this day and let the best of them out. The camera was ready, and as always I made some images to share with you. Hope you like them.

This weekend was expected that the deep-water canyon at Nazaré would provide the perfect conditions to Big Wave Challenge take place. I don’t Surf, but I’ve always loved to watch. Since my older daughter started surfing, I’ve become more aware of it again, specially big waves surf. Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the contest has been canceled after the second round as it became too dangerous for the surfers to be in the water. For me and my brother it was kind of frustrating, as we were expecting to make some big wave surfers images. Despite that fact, we keep shotting, because there’s more in life that only one subject 😉 . As always I’m sharing some images I made with you, hope you like them.

Hi everyone, have you already been in Sintra? No ????  well, you should. Sintra is for me the most beautiful village in Portugal. Isn´t season specific, during Summer or during Winter, Fall or Spring, it does not matter. It is always perfect. You will be able to see castles, palaces, gorgeous gardens, beaches, mountains and the taste the local treats, which are delicious. Christmas time is no diferente, the village “gets dressed” for the date. I´ve took some images to share you with and as always hope you like them.

It´s been a while since my last post, basically I didn´t shoot much, mainly the kind of shooting i like to share here, which are stories of family moments and other events I find interesting. For other types of photography I rather use Instagram, however this time I’ll leave you with some of my last street photography images. As always I hoje you like them, and feel free to comment and leave any king of feedback you find useful. Next post(s) should be about Christmas, the date is arriving and the cities are the face of it.

Quite often my older one takes Surf lessons, from all the activities she has, this is my favorite. While she’s building her relationship with the waves, I have the perfect escuse to take some shoots. As always there are some I will share with you, hope you like them.

Last weekend  at our parish, we celebrated a traditional fair, which recreate the XVIII century. Every year, in September, people come together and recreate the environment lived at that time, we had jugglers, story tellers, traditional games, and dances, among many other activities. This year, my older one decided to join the royal dance. For that she practiced and dressed up like a noble woman. She had so much fun and I did not miss the opportunity to make some images to share with you, as always hope you like them.
