I will also share my general musings and experiences with my goddesses along with well whatever else I can think of!

Read,read,read and formulate your own experiences. Make your own thoughts, question things and become knowledgable. Web archive is your friend and there are loooads of books you can read but please refrain from servers and blogs like this to engage in. This blog is striving to spread love and community amidst witches pagans and all those inbetween. Curious christains or other faiths are welcome to ask or be open minded and if you send me going to hell asks ill think theyre funny lol

I think motivation to learn may be the sign you are following the wrong path. I believe these things should come naturally, understand being a devotee is not a nesscisty to do witchcraft and often comes out of no where or in particular circumstances. Offerings and the like are not nesscisities just treats of what you can do from time to time.

If you're struggling to relate to Medusa then this might not be the area you are needed in or what you really need to seek out. There is no way to motivate you that isn't some standard advice.I reccomend just following your interests, what do you like, what are you seeking help for, what are you looking to solve ontop of why does this resonate with you specifically.

Do not force yourself to be a Devotee of Medusa or any other god/Goddess/Entity for that matter. Those things come with time.

In a silly note I visualize Aphrodite as my often feral self indulgence,insistance of little treats and following desires while Medusa is like heeyyy lets reel thar back, logical and well better choices normally.

When I am expanding my knowledge, educating myself,defending my sisters, when I am healing. I feel that is Medusa working through, I don't like that she is put into a category of 'Dark Goddesses' but I understand why in terms of the archetype such as like a Madonna and the Whore.

But it feels very outside scope without an understanding of her and who she truly is, recognizing both her origins in the Greek Mythos where she is the most beautiful Gorgon and the Roman myth-Adaptation where she is Athena's priestess and asaaulted I think her core in both of these tales is that she was a Woman. In which ever form she was always beautiful, her head as a ward for centuries against evil.

To place her into the Dark Goddess/Feminine, arbituary boxes I feel is a diservice not just to her but to ourselves.

She is multifaceted just as we are, allow yourself to grow,to heal. You have always been more than your body, you are worth more than just a pretty face or perhaps a 'head' so-to-speak.

The vigor in your body, when everything is more colorful, when the world is brighter and when the air feels clean.

But she is also there crying with you when you're hurt, she feels your anger, your wants for vengance. She seeks to aid you in your empowerment, wants you to rise past struggle and become your divine self.

And so I made Spotify playlists for both her and Medusa and reguarly listen to them usually on my drive to work, excersise or other things.

They both have a wide variety of metal and I like to add alot of Random songs thar i've never listened to. Some of them are a bit cringey or I guess edgy but I also believe that because I also love this music it is expressed onto them as well as my love for them. It makes me feel empowered and closer to them, sometimes even it feels like the Random song that plays is a reassurance from either of them.
