rant(but also sorta relieved?)

i've been playing love and deepspace since day 1 and i think i'm slowly losing interest and planning to quit in the near future cuz of my frustration with papergames/infold in several aspects:

-lack of main story update (especially for caleb who hasn't gotten a main story update in a whopping 500+ days since his debut)

-the continuous flip flopping censorship towards caleb's TRUE forbidden relationship trope/status with mc in the eng localization (imagine hearing 'imouto' in jp dub but the eng translation is 'girlfriend' like excuse me???? infold must think global/eng fans are stupid enough to believe this huh :D when plenty of eng speaking players also KNOW cn/jp/kr language) -lack of update in the Orbits (imagine only 50 levels updated last year in the Open Orbit + 60 levels for Fluctuation Orbit which is Whale territory so not everyone can complete this with perfect rating hence can't get all rewards, then 30 levels for the li's individual orbits that only updated when they got new Myths) -no real renewable ways to get dias except SHC which only updates twice a month and max 1200dias/month, is becoming easy and there's no challenge left for combat enthusiast like myself, and only through dailies, logging in daily, and having a monthly pass. like istg give some players a reason to invest and spend absurd amount of money R3-ing their cards and not just for Affinity Leveling sake..

like instead of 'greedy' they're more STINGY imo cuz i KNOW this company can easily put out more frequent story updates and Bonds but they won't do that cuz it does not bring money; which is pretty much what they're doing rn continuing to milk and test their playerbase by constantly putting out Limited Banner and Official Merchandise its insane we got 4 LIMITED MULTIBANNERS in SIX MONTHS!! I can't even count the number of merch lines they released within jan-june.
