fasting after a long cycle of binging is really a process, cause I swear I stretched out my stomach & I get (physically) hungry sm faster now. The gurgling in class is so embarrassing- I'm not even skinny anymore so it just feels like a display of my greed + like I'm trying too hard to be what I used to, reminds me of when I first started restricting/fasting in 7th grade and I would chug like 26oz of water every class period to silence it. I'm doing the same shit now so it's a full circle moment in the worst way. I just wish I could speedrun and get rid of the food noise (physically and mentally lol). I really need to start sleeping right so I have the energy to put into a hobby smh. As I'm typing this, I'm at the end of an all nighter (of doing nothing but thinking about the past, listening to music and hitting arms)
