Birthday- February 11th!! I'm 15 currently!

I into stuff like marble hornets, creepy pasta, chiikawa, fnaf, poppee the performer, ace attorney, anything paranormal, marvel(heavily x men), DC, and anything really!

I'm trying to get into every man hybrid, sonic, debate, tribe twelve, more slenderverse stuff in general, comic making, probably more stuff I'm forgetting

Housing developments such as Kb homes are HOA's and private communities, which obviously are insanely expensive. Unfortunately for many, living next to a private community can also raise your housing price. During an already expensive time in life, it's blatantly unfair to pay more simply because you live next to a place that just got built. Alongside rent going up so will utilities, things such as water and electricity will be getting used at a higher rate due to more people now being in that area.

Another thing to consider with cost going up, temperature and environment. Many of these housing developments take empty land to turn into houses. Extra housing is expected to heat up these areas anywhere from 3.5 to 9.5 degrees every year. Hotter temperatures will mean more water used to cool down almost everything, the less water there is the more limited access to clean water can become. Not only will this effect us but it will also begin to wipe out the wildlife. On the note of how the wildlife will be effected, many native species will begin to lose habitats from land being taken. The loss of habitat will begin to cause higher rates of extention to these species, which will wreck the ecosystem in these areas.

With all of these consequences said, It's obvious that expansions of these communities not only is unnecessary but can also destroy the environment and make prices skyrocket.

1. Contact your mayor, governor, and senate!!

2. Organize, protest, make a petition.

3. Share information with your community! Share how these constructions can cause many issues!
