VYS POV ── TODAY WAS the wedding and i was so nervous i could pee right now and recolor my white dress yellow 🥺🥺🥺. i had three of my bridesmaids/man: mimi, lucian, and yin by my side, helping me fix my hair and touch up my makeup. 

"you look like shrek 🧌." mimi comments, adding more green pigment on my skin. i think she farted in the powder, because it smells lovely 🥰💨 and if i HAD to admit, mimi's farts smell good 🥹.

but not as good as my sexy wife ray, who i am about to see down the aisle any second now 🥰.

"shrek is HOT 😍!" lucian giggles, as he continues to scroll through pictures of him and his boyfriends: sae and kaiser.

── I SAW nano with zanka aka the guy she’s attending my wedding with. "omg nano!" i run over to her and blow zanka away with a fart. shes like 😧 and im like 😈

"wow vy! youre getting married! you look so good on your wedding day! you look like mike wazowski! 👽”

i blush at her compliment. "aww stawp it nano, you flatter me 🤭🤭” we squeal and laugh before i skedaddle away to go find aika. 

i see aika dribbling a basketball with her bootay. 🍑🏀 “that's some talent right there!" i say, and she finally acknowledges me. she stops bouncing the ball with her bootay and it falls to the ground. 

"your bootay dribbles just like that basketball!" i compliment, and i can see aika's cheeks turn red 😳. she rubs her nape and tells me, "o-oh.. you think so? well, i was just taking break before i finish touching up on the decorations!”

i look around, "wow, so lovely!" i inhale the tulips aka my fav flowers and look back at my maid of honor, "amazing! i want... 6 7 more flowers lined up here." 💐

"otay!" aika saluted me and i left, mentally preparing myself before the wedding begins. 😮‍💨😮‍💨

── LIV KEPT telling me how she wants me to throw my bouquet at her. but tbh, im gonna throw my ahh at her instead.

i wont throw it good like i do to vy bc vy gets to see the entire view 🫣🫣 but enough for liv to understand that i'm a better mogger 🙄🙄

as i am sitting down on the toilet, i hear someone knock on my stall. i can see kats shadow outside of my stall. "master ray, the wedding it about to begin..."

── I SEE my three bridemaids/man rushing towards me. "omg vy! hurry up! the wedding it starting in three minutes!"

i le gasped 😱 before yin and lucian dragged me by my hands, pulling me down to the big oak double doors which, if it opened right now, i would see my amazing ray...🥺🥺

mimi was behind me, scratching my butt to calm my nerves down. i'm so thankful to have her—everyone by my side. i can feel myself tear up but yin is quick to wipe my tear away with a tissue she had 😖😖😖

"the green makeup shall not get ruined!" yin tells me.

i think lucian somewhat insulted me. but that was fine, i understand his love for shrek, sae, and kaiser. 😜 i prepare myself by taking a deep breath 😮‍💨

my arms interlock with lucians because he was going to walk me to where i needed to go.

── AFTER I left the bathroom, i had toilet paper clinging onto the back of my dress—somehow.

minutes later i find myself standing in the altar with the priest beside me, waiting for daddy vy😍😍😍 then, the doors open and i see her walk in with lucian by her side. 

a clear smooth tear slipped down my eye 🥲 and a white sticky tear slipped down my legs 😳

behind her, cherry 1.0 was throwing flower petals at the ground. when vy reached the altar with me, cherry 1.0 took her seat in the front row, all of our bridesmaids/man were behind us, it was time we start our vows.

── RAYS VOWS were so sweet and meaningful to me. i kinda need to pee right now but anyways... i unfolded the paper in my pocket and started to read after the priest signaled that it was my turn 🤧🤧

"loving you has been the easiest, most beautiful thing i’ve ever done. today, i vow to never take for granted the love we share, to celebrate you every single day in bed 🛌, and to build a life where our love only deeps with time. i choose you now, i'll choose you tmrw, and i'll choose you for everyday to cum 😳 bc loving you will always be the best decision i've ever made."

though my vows weren't as meaningful as rays, i could see her eyes tear up. not to mention, liquid on the ground but we'll speak about that after the wedding 😏😏😏😏

the priest clears his throat. "ray and vy, will you honor each other as wife and other wife for the rest of your life?"

"OBJECTION!"

two weeks ago, you made him a promise. one that mattered. one you knew mattered.

and today? you broke it.

not out of spite. not even out of carelessness. it was a slip up, a mistake—a curse of habit, really.

kento hasn’t said anything yet, but you can feel it. you can feel it in the way he sighs when he gets out of the car. in the way he loosens his tie.

the handle clicks uselessly under his touch, retreating back to its original position. he pauses, then gestures for you to roll the window down. you roll it down just enough to hear his voice.

“my love,” he starts, “why did you lock the door?”

your hands grip the seat. “because—“ you take a quick glance at him before returning your gaze to the dashboard. “i broke the promise,” you mumble.

“what promise are we referring to?”

“remember the night you officially asked me to be your girlfriend?”

“yes.”

“well, that night, when i was getting out of the car, i’d opened the door by myself,” you let out a breathy laugh. “the look on your face was priceless—you were practically devastated about it. you told me that whenever you’re around, you should be opening the doors for me. i promised you that i’d let you open the door next time. and today?”

“swee—“

“i broke it. i opened the door—and okay—i mean granted, its now closed but that’s only because once i realized what i had done, i had to close it. so yeah…now, here we are. if you need to break up with me i’d understand. promises are a very important thing, y’know.”

for a moment, he just stares at you. “you locked yourself in, to avoid me from possibly getting upset…at opening the door for you?”

“…well when you put it like that, it sounds stupid.”

his lips curl into a soft smile. “unlock the door, sweetheart.”

“i feel like we’re skipping the lashing out at me part.”

“you’ll get it once you let me properly open the door.”

you sigh, reluctantly unlocking the car.

he opens the door without a word, takes your hands, and brings the backs of them to his lips. then, a soft kiss is pressed against your knuckles. its only when he switches to your right hand that he murmurs, “i’m not upset, my love. you truly are a character.”

you groan, “don’t mention it.” you attempt to pull back your hands—but, his grip only grows stronger.
