I want to give up on recovery and just starve myself until I’m either thin or dead, I’m sick of the constant feeling of being tired and disgusted of myself. That way I’ll either be proud of my body or nothing will matter anymore.

ok so now its 7th june 2019, 23:46, and i decided that its not too late

i can do it.

from now to the end of a july i will be posting what i eat in a day and my workouts.

im so scared that i wont do it but i just have to try. even if i cheat, i will NOT QUIT.

my goal is to have slimed waist, even a little bit.

also i know like nobodys gonna read this but whatever, its mostly for me to keep going.

today i got like a big jar of nutella but i have a goal to tomorrow-not to eat any junk food.

so i guess wish me luck?

im gonna have oatmeal for breakfast and some fruit for snack, idk what will be for lunch and dinner but lets hope i dont bigne as always
