Ive been experiencing a strange phenomena lately…Strangers will come up to me and compliment me, say they like my outfit + style and overall very friendly, but then they make me follow their instagram. And they dont follow back. I guess it isn’t THAT big of a deal but like these people are approaching me first? I wonder if it’s because they assume I have a big following online when they approach me and once they see that I don’t, they act hollywood. They all tend to have more of a following than me I’ve noticed. Not shading people who do post very often and showcase their style online, because I love seeing ppl do it and am always interested in other peoples posts, but I don’t have the motivation to do so most of them time. I know what my style is and people who know me and see me irl see it too. But it is a bit offensive when people do this!!! Like you find me cool in person but bc my social media presence isnt up there you dont find me cool anymore??? Too many people act hollywood for no reason
