sometimes i just daydream of a life where all the food i make for my family is made from scratch. we eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, nuts, & eggs that we grow ourselves and when i shop for groceries my cart is full of whole foods. everyone knows there’s always homemade bread, butter, & jam and i spend much of my time in the kitchen cooking dinner, baking pies, canning vegetables, making jellies or marmalade, & passing these skills on to my children.
