I’m not good at thinking positive, especially not complementing myself. When I mess up I shut everyone out out of shame and make myself feel stupid and weak. I starve myself. I may not be perfect but I know I deserve to be at peace with myself, I deserve to love the skin I’m in, and I deserve to be truly happy so I’m going to have to work a little harder to be okay because I’m not okay. But because I can admit that to myself and admit that I have to change things to be better; my life will get easier.

And that’s hard enough to deal without people shitting on me everyday telling me how stupid I am.

But I’m just a failure at life

It makes me sick to my stomach and tears pool up in my eyes cause I’m not normal
