Drew this back when I was in New York like 3 years ago, I was in some resort apartment complex resting my bare legs above the heater because I roamed around too long outside while being really underdressed (it was like -5 Celsius or smth). For some reason it was my legs that kept stinging from the cold and no matter how close I lowered it to the heater it would never stop shivering.
