I wondered what would happen if a blue ballpoint pen was just railed into the paper again and again. So: Toronto in blue shadows.

Which version do you like better? The top (single frame) or the bottom (time stack) There’s a good amount of trying to predict the future, and just hoping for the best when it comes to timelapse photography. My prediction wasn’t great this night, as I set up my camera looking north-west, towards the setting sun (seen in my previous post) but the best part of the sunset happened in the south-western sky, so I stopped the timelapse mid sunset, reframed the shot, tweaked my camera settings, and shot the timelapse I took this shot from. That’s why this timelapse and the previous one are shorter than usual, which you can see on my instagram @MattMolloyPhoto
