So my birthday is in a week and in the past two years I've drawn something for it. Mostly just to keep from overthinking and getting too anxious about growing up. I'm currently working on this year's, but I realized that I'm still kinda happy with last year's. Sssooo I've decided to share it because ~Why Not~

Day 18 : Curiosity

It'd been a long while since he'd last seen a human.

He figured this person was a magic user, based on the green flames they'd been producing. But that point was made even clearer when the other's shocked response to him shifting quickly morphed into acceptance. And... Curiosity? Is that the word?

If it is the word, he doesn't blame them, he was pretty curious himself. Especially since the other's face had faintly changed color again in the process.

(Jackie didn't have any second thoughts about revealing himself so quickly until later. And only blamed the fact that he, again, hadn't seen a human for some time.

It's not his fault that the other seemed so interesting...though, even if he had hesitated, he still thinks he would've trusted them.)

The two just looked at each other, close enough to touch but not yet attempting. Simply taking the other's form in. Jackie then slowly shifted to sit in front of the other after a few moments, blinking at them innocently.

The mage gained even more color watching him. "....You're so pretty."

Jackie snorted again. Humans can be really cute, huh?
