I messed up a few things with this one, mostly because it was going to have a big title text over the top of it. Shane and Scott's hands on Ilya's back look horrible (again, they weren't actually meant to be visible), and while I'm tempted to go in and change it, I'm not going to because hey, guess what? People make mistakes too. The little rainbow bit was a colour swatch from another part of the image, and I messed up the layers when I was overlaying it. If you know how hard it is to differentiate between 700+ colour layers, you'll understand my plight right now.

(Also, the first time I did this, I spelled both "Rozanov" and "Hollander" wrong and had to argue with my own brain even after I fixed it because I'd stared at it for so long they'd ceased to be words)

Adopting Kip Grady as another one of the Bros of the NY Admirals

Do you ever think that the NY Admirals like adopt Kip into the gang? Like they find his Brooklyn charm, deprecating humor, and real world experiences to be very charming?

Kip obviously keeps himself very fit and weight trains so I can see him lifting weights with the guys and comparing bench presses and spotting one another.

But do you think certain members of the NY Admirals find him more approachable than Scott and therefore invite him more out to outings? Like bar hopping, dance clubs, random side quests into the boroughs of New York and sneak him into the locker room or hotel room to surprise Scott (and certainly not to distract Scott so they can break curfew 😉).

Perhaps there’s even a NY Admirals group chat that Captain Scott Hunter isn’t a part of that Kip gets insights into the inner gossip of hockey and of each of the New York Admirals lives.

Like Scott kept everyone on the team (even Vaughny & Bennett at a distance). Now there’s Kip who is funny, sweet and absolutely charming who can remember peoples faces, kids birthdays and important anniversaries and can drag Scott to more social events and invent funnier team bonding excersis than the usual dinners (paintball anyone?)

I also saw the videos of Robbie GK live-streaming while playing video games so I was able to easily imagine that Kip could have a similar thing going on with some team members who play video games or even when they’re watching other sports games. Kip gets invited to the their Knicks Playoffs watch party or even gets tickets to watch the Mets/Yankees.

And Kip could certainly layout strategy with Scott on the emotional spectrum of his teammates and perhaps improve his Captain duties to his team (a funny Christmas gift here and there, gag birthday gifts like an edible thong)

I just like the idea of the NY Admirals adopting Kip so well into the team dynamics because they want to meet the person that changed their captains life for the better.
