Hi everyone! This page has gotten a lot of attention recently and I genuinely love yall so much I wanted to make this page to let you all get to know me!

My name is Rose, and Indianapolis born and raised. I get my love of Indycar from my dad who got it from his, and it’s basically what my entire life revolves around. I’m currently studying communications and public relations with the hope to work in Indycar, dream job is AM social media manager.

I’ve been an Indycar fan since 2018 when I went to the IndyGP for the first time, since then I’ve gone to every Indy race, Mid-Ohio, St. Louis, and this year I’m going to Milwaukee and Nashville. My favorite driver is Pato, but some other drivers I love are Conor Daly, Alex Rossi, James Hinchcliffe, Felix Rosenqvist, and David Malukas. (basically anyone who’s ever ran for arrow + conor)

Some other things I love are TV (Gilmore Girls, NCIS, 9-1-1 are some favorites), Taylor Swift, football, and my dog. I’m trying to get more into F1, but Indycar is my heart sport.

Please send me any and all requests for Pato, or anything else you want to talk about, I love when I get messages in my inbox. I am working a lot on my writing and my master list is organized oldest -> newest, so the stuff that’s closer to the bottom is a lot better written than my earlier things, but I’m still growing everyday.

As a note about my writing, I am a woman, so my work is all envisioned with a female reader in mind, and I don’t feel super comfortable writing for a male reader, so please don’t request it. Additionally, I am white, but I try my best to make all of my writing accessible to everyone and avoid as little physical descriptions as possible. honestly had a bit of a bad taste in my mouth since Pato posted about Charlie Kirk— yes, it is that serious —and with the refusal for anyone to acknowledge the speedway slammer ad. And DC race. And Rossi and hinch thanking Pato for an uptake in young female viewership.

my little sport has been so icky this off season and I just don’t have much to say about any of it. I still like Pato, and Hinch and Rossi, but their actions this offseason have not been my favorite!

And yes, I do see the irony in posting about the nhl then complaining about the actions of indycar drivers. I guess I’ve just come to expect more from them, even though I know Rossi’s politics leave much to be desired and racing is no less classist/racist/sexist than any other sport. Making fun of new fans was in fact a weirdly new low! And I 100% expected more out of Pato when it came to ICE especially.
