“And don’t worry, you won’t have to travel overseas; I came here because my boss told me you might help since back in New York, we’re having some..trouble. No, we’re not that incompetent, this case is a lot harder on us because of the lack of evidence.” he sighed; running a hand through his hair,

“...There was a kidnapping that happened several days ago, 4 days to be exact. When we, the detective on duty at the time, arrived at the scene, the apartment was a complete mess with signs of obvious struggle but no finger or foot prints were found except for the victim’s, and the only pieces of evidence we found were the victim’s phone and another object that looked like a PDA with characters that we couldn’t translate; both of which only held the victim’s prints obviously. We also talked to the victim’s neighbors, and they heard muffled yelling, but didn’t see anyone in as they were asleep at the time and were suddenly woken up by the noise.” he explained, taking a breath to try to calm himself as his patience was wearing thin,
