Krisweek Day 4: December

Okay so I'm actually really late for this one-

Think it's pretty obvious but when It comes to Dess it's either tragic artwork or the stupidest thing I've ever drawn, and this time I chose the latter. More of their silly dynamic! didn't go for the tragic route this time 'cause we still don't know enough about Dess and I don't wanna asume too much about her situation.

Krisweek day 2: Games

The prompt said games and videogames are games so here we are, though at this point it shouldn't be surprising that I drew this two.

(Since it's also MAR10 day let's pretend these two are playing some form of Mario game)

The reference I used showed two characters playing videogames very clearly but because of Berdly's weird ah hands you can barely see that kris is playing too. I tried circumvent this issue making Kris' hands go a little lower but I don't know if it worked or ife they're visible enough. Oh well.

Really liked how Kris turned out in this drawing, not so happy about Berdly tho (looks kinda off but good enough I guess)

Krisweek day 3: Apple

So I decided to go for a religious theme here. Not very original but I had a vision.

Basically the whole forbidden fruit thing, that if I recall correctly gave whoever ate it some great knowledge of the world and that's how humans came to be the way they are (again, I might be remembering wrong).

So knowing that, I thought I could draw a parallel between Kris association with apples and their knowledge that their world is a videogame. Basically they know stuff about their world others don't, plus they are a part of the prophecy.

The snake Is supposed to represent the player as this being that gave Kris the "forbidden knowledge" (apple) that their world is not real. The player being wrapped around them is a way to portray the control we have over them (especially in the dark world, hence Kris' outfit. Also because the dark worlds are involved with religion which is the theme here). Kris looks at us while they eat the apple because they just learnt about us when they bit it, because it's our fault they are eating it in the first place and learning about something they shouldn't know.

Anyways I think that's enough of an explanation. Feel free to add on to the religious parallels if you want to. (Unrelated but the hand kinda sucks here. I tried I really did ;-;)
