Hello!!

So I have a paranormal podcast with my best friend called Real Life Weird where we discuss real life paranormal or creepy experiences (glitch in the matrix, scary lucid dreams, etc) that may have happened to you, & a lot of the experiences that happen to us.

We decided to create this podcast because we haven’t found a lot of podcasts with Black women discussing paranormal experiences, and we wanted to venture into this avenue.

- the way I see myself; as it pertains to other people.

- how I let other people control my emotions, especially if I care about them.

- the way I enable others to treat me like crap, by never calling them out when they do.

- forcing myself to be okay with things just because other people seem like they need it in the moment.

- compromising what I would like to say & do just because other people might not want it.

- continuing to stew & brew about things I can not change. let them be.

- worrying about the narrative others will give about me. worrying about how I’m portrayed in others stories. you can not help the role people choose to put you in. especially when accountability isn’t not taken on their other part.
