Hello, I’m surprised my Pepperdine posts are still up there seeing that my tumblr is now gone. But I was surprised I did get in, I only had a 3.4 GPA when I applied and a D in Pre-Calculus my senior year. When I spoke to a dean one day he mentioned that he loved my essays and extracurriculars (I had started my own humanitarian club.) I think Pepperdine sees you more as a person than other academic institutions so make sure you brush up on those essays and talk about your achievements in leadership. That said, I left the school in two years and I personally wouldn’t recommend choosing it over schools like UCLA or USC unless they’re really into the whole Christian thing. But if that’s you, you’ll probably enjoy it a lot.
