Hi! Good morning u too or good evening! To make the background of that type I used the wax brush with a fine tip, the lines that surround the entire drawing I did all by hand one by one! finally to give it a vintage or blurry effect I added different effects, Noise, glitch and blur ;)

I thought it was cute to redraw this scene in Og PPG style 💕
