Tikal is eternally young, though she can shapeshift into whatever age she see’s fit. She technically became immortal in her teens, but she just prefers a child form.

That said, Scarlet may have a red outfit she wears at some point in the game.

She could probably imagine herself rescuing the knight...but that would require a vivid imagination.(Which she is lacking.)
