I have many obsessions, and I plan to journal them more religiously as I get my feet wet when it comes back to immersing myself with writing or blogging or journaling or whatever the fuck happens in between. But I'd like to share this wonderful impromptu lunch I made after I had a touch of inspo from my green muse. It is panseared gnocchi with butter, kale, garlic, chillies, rosemary, lime juice and zest. Always use the zest. And cook your gnocchi with those fragrant herbs and butter first. Cause it starts hot with those strong spices of chili and garlic and then you get the zesty lemon to temper down the heat but then in comes rosemary at the end with a big warm herbal hug. What a lovely spontaneous love letter to myself. Wrap you up in butter and cook you in some fragrant love. Choose this. Remember to choose this.
