for the record the umbrage I take with dragons rising lies entirely with the world building. I actually quite like the new characters it added, arin and sora and wyldfyre are all cute little guys and I appreciate them. and I adore Lloyd taking on the mentor figure role cause it's like he's repeating what kai was for him it's perfect actually. I just don't like the merge itself or the source dragons (or the new elements... still not over heat being it's own element). and the new hood designs are ugly but I digress

still not a huge fan of the Mr E = Echo thing (cmon man don't make him somebody else's peon let him have agency of his own...) but I do think he should crash the fuck out and beat the shit outta Zane. I like that part.
