Yesterday someone tried to explain to me that not everyone involved in the american establishment that evolved from slave catchers and now spends millions of tax payer dollars enslaving and murdering innocent people (the police) is inherently bad. I told him is that not like saying "sure there were Klan members who never killed or tortured people so therefore they were good people". He brought up the point of who would stop crimes? (What, because the fucking police do? No, they show up after and escalate the situation) I brought up that if people were provided food, shelter, and clothing the "crime" rate would drop significantly. Crime is subjective. In no way do I think murdering the innocent is ok, but if someone is taking something they need to survive from a large company? I ain't see shit, I'm distracting the security gaurd. Sometimes I need him to step outside of the fact that he has lived as a straight white cis man his entire life. SHIT IS NOT ABOUT YOU.
