This is a little device that I'm thinking of including in the "John and Susan" saga.
This is the result of a little idea I had regarding the fantastic deballing world known as Ungypt. Hope you like it.
Here is a walkthrough of the first chapter of my visual novel about John and Susan. Nothing very dramatic happens, but it moves the story on along lines that I originally planned a number of years ago.
I have lots of ideas for the next chapter, which describes the "encounter" between Susan and Sebastian!
Incidentally, in the current episode, I've included sound effects from a couple of old movies. I wonder if anyone can identify them.

This is a short scenario which occurred to me a while ago. I deliberately tried to keep the less important incidental artwork simple, and limit the detailed stuff to the final 'punchline' illustrations.

Sacred Fruit
Here’s a smallish piece that was conceived mainly as an explanation of ‘Bullball fruit’ (and a brief introduction to ‘Ungypt’). It ended up being slightly larger than originally intended, but I deliberately didn’t spend too much time on the artwork, as it’s really just an explanation, and isn’t intended as a ‘full on’ scenario.
However, with my next story, I will be ‘cutting to the chase’ (or perhaps I should say, ‘unkindest cutting to the chase’!). Yes, the next one will feature sweating desperate slaves, cruel flashing blades, and flying body parts (no blood though, thanks to LLP chastiring technology)...with all of it happening ‘on camera’!
Incidentally, ‘Sacred Fruit’ contains a subtle reference to an (as yet) ‘undocumented LLP feature’ (an explanation of which will follow in the near future).

This piece is fairly subdued, but I hope you'll agree it also has a piquant 'nasty edge' to it! I had the idea quite a while ago, but never got round to developing it.

I’ve been kind of multitasking on a number of LLP related projects over the past few weeks, including a few initial scripts for new stories (this is partly the product of several short business trips that gave me the chance to make handwritten notes, but not produce artwork).
My ‘Gladiator’ project has grown much larger (in terms of effort) than I originally intended, but I’m determined to finish it. In the meantime, I’ve produced a gif image based on one of the pictures in the story. Hope it gives you a giggle...

Kangaroo Court Part 1
The judge's costume was meant to be vaguely reminiscent of the Spanish Inquisition, or of some kind of 'medieval official'. Also, the story references things in a few other posts (i.e., the Visitors pictures, the Nipple Enhancement Infomercial, Adjustia, and—to a minor extent—Episode 2.5).
Eve of the Games Part 1
This project evolved unexpectedly from an attempt to do a picture in a quicker style. Apart from picture 12 (which kind of represents the ‘climax’ of the story) I’ve made a deliberate effort to limit the artwork to a less detailed, simpler style, especially in the places where the dialog is more important than the pictures. As a result, I’ve been able to finish the whole thing without the creation process becoming a drudge (which can often happen when a project takes too long).

This is a kind of continuation of the story of Diane and Gerald, who appeared in 'Pamphlets' (and nothing to do with the different Gerald who appeared in 'The Party'!).
This is a kind of 'spin off' from a pic I'm going to do continuing the story of the couple in 'Pamphlets'.

Tony doesn’t enjoy the party!
I’ve generated a lot of half-finished work over the past few months. This picture is a bit of an oddity in that it was meant to be part of a bigger project, but I decided I didn’t really like the scenario, so it just got left floating in isolation. Anyway, I thought it would be a shame not to use the artwork at all, so I’ve turned it into a one-off ‘skit’.
