Ruby Heart is very aware that she gets heart palpitations, and has tachycardia episodes just like her sister. For a resting heartrate that is commonly over 110 beats per minute, that's fast even for a female bat pony's heart.
Ruby Heart easily has one of the most visibly-beating hearts of the girls in the studio, just following closely behind Derpy Hooves and her enlarged heart.
You'll also get to see how a model's heart sounds are recorded during a shoot! A small device is stuck on the model's chest directly over her heart. It captures the heart sounds very clearly!
Since it's so small, it can easily be edited out with special effects like it isn't even there. This is done since we don't want the chest pulse movements to be obscured from view. (But it's quite cute seeing that little recorder bouncing with the heartbeat, so maybe it'll be left untouched in future videos!)

My contribution to the Cardiac Simulator game

I wanted to create my own patient since the game released, so I hope you enjoy my creation on the game.
There's a zip file for download, and inside of it there's 4 files:
-Two files with the camera centered as the video, and with the script of it
-Two files with the camera more focused on the patient's chest.
Both of the camera positions have a "clothed" version (the video one) and an uncensored version, in which the patient's blue bikini has been removed.
