throw some glitter, make it rain.

one of the major things I want to try and stop this year [you could call it a resolution] is to try to stop making self hatred ‘relatable’ and ‘quirky’. This year I learned to love myself and who I am and whenever I go on twitter and see tweets that joke about people hating themselves and people are actually retweeting them and supporting them. WHY? please, learn to love yourself and your year and your day and your LIFE will greatly improve.

Also. STOP MAKING FUN OF PEOPLE WANTING TO CHANGE THEIR LIVES IN THE NEW YEAR. so what if someone wants to start working out and getting healthier and it just so happens to come when a whole new year is presented? So what if it’s a lot of other people’s resolutions. It’s their body, not yours and wow they actually want to make a change, we should *totally* shame them for that *eye roll*. If someone says ‘new year, new me’ do NOT make fun of them. we as a society need to learn to embrace change and see it as a good and wonderful thing because change in  a positive way can change people’s LIVES. if I didn’t change the way I saw my life after completely breaking down earlier in 2015, I would never be in the spot that I am in this very moment. I will never make fun of people for wanting to see themselves in a better light, wanting to love themselves and wanting to improve their way of life. If you don’t support that, then you need to take a step back and realize it is not your life and always choose to take the high road and be NICE.
