@outloathe – starter call
❄— it wasn’t often a hero summoned here was svol’s age. there were only a handful of them in the order, most were either far younger, or far older - so it was only natural that her interest had peaked upon hearing about ashura. a desire to have a conversation with someone with similar life experience, but drastically different lives ignited in her.
though when she saw him, he wasn’t quite what she expected. no - when she heard an older outlaw, she expected someone much…scarier. perhaps it was because of her life of being so sheltered - but he didn’t seem bad. in fact he seemed quite…soft. his hair, perhaps, in particular, was delightfully fluffy ; she couldn’t help but smile slightly. still, she hadn’t come all this way to admrie his hair.
“pardon me, sir? would you happen to be ashura?” she began, politely folding her hands at her waist. “if so, i was hoping i could speak to you. nothing serious, i assure you, just polite chat.”
In all honesty, he’s still very much getting used to this place. To being around so many people- to being called a hero. It’s new and it’s overwhelming. He’s not sure he’s ever going to get used to the idea of being part of an army or anything of the sort— and he’s certainly not going to get used to people approaching him on their own.
The adventurer near jumps out of his skin, back straightening up with his jolt upon the woman’s address to him. A quick glance over his shoulder is made before he turns on his heels ( and he almost trips in the process ) to better face the woman. She’s royalty, it’s the first thing he notices and immediately, he darts his gaze, shoulders slouching back to the height he prefers to keep ( yet he tries to further sink lower- to keep his head from being higher than her own ).
“... Yeah,” He answers hoarsely regarding the question of his name. There’s too many questions in his mind now, from why she approached him to what he may have done to what she could want with someone like him. And then she states her reason for asking, so she may converse with him and it surprises him further ( he thinks his heart may stop! ).
“... You- Ya’ wanna talk? With me?”
