1. Instead of Negan being the leader of the Saviors it would be Lucille, and Negan will be her big bodyguard and will do anything she wants him to do no matter how crazy it would be. Lucille would probably handle the Saviors better than how Negan does, so instead it being a cult it’s actually a good thriving community. They would eventually run into Rick’s group. They would be skeptical, and Negan would of course want to attack them more than making a deal with outsiders. Lucille thinks the opposite and of course Negan will follow with whatever Lucille thinks. They make a deal to become allies and trade goods, share experience, and possibly even weapons with each other.

2. They don’t come across the saviors and they survive by themselves for a long while until they get caught up with the wrong group and before anything bad happens they end up being saved by Rick’s group and being apart of Alexandria/Hilltop.
