Every time i find out about m*nd control it's the s*viets, the North K*reans, the Hav*na device. It's the radio waves and the microwaves they use. They have patents! And it's so simple to avoid them, you use aluminum foil. Common household aluminum foil. It can't just be a hat. That's silly, grain of salt and all that. It has to be a sealed box, a solid faraday cage. It's a great irony that in order to escape these waves you got to lock yourself inside a box. I don't know if you would walk out the same.
