Day Two : Temptations & Giving In
Day one was difficult. Keeping time was the most difficult part. Didn’t fall into temptation to eat things outside the diet *wink*. Make of that what you will.
*deep breath* here it goes.
10:40 a.m: Yogurt with Apples, Banana, Muskmelon and strawberry preserve.
1:00 p.m : Salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce) with one whole boiled egg sliced and sausages. Added seasoning.
3:00 p.m : One spoon of muskmelon.
5:00 p.m: One tbsp for peanut butter.
6:45 p.m : Cream of mushroom soup (did I mess-up here? Need to ask the professional)
