I love making chicken stock and in this video I will show you how I make stock. It’s super easy to make. It enhances dishes like soups, gravies, risottos, etc. I use chicken and turkey carcasses as my base along with veggie scraps that I save. Enjoy💚

  My Palo Verde is blooming!!! She was out of control 2 weeks ago, branch wise, so I gave er a trim, AND then this week - she went into bloom! I'm so happy. I attached a link to the video from last year where I showed how these amazing native trees are drought tolerant, fast grown (up to 25 feet tall), have edible seed pods, filtered light and how they truly put on a show with their bright yellow blossoms and lovely green trunk and branches.
