I know how to do tumblr, I’ll be getting thousands soon!

I have a school computer and I used Hirens Bootable CD on it and basically I can change the password to the Administrator account, but once my computer fully powers off and on again, it defaults it back to some password I don’t know, even if not on school WiFi or ANY WI-FI, so I know the password is built into the computer by the district. But so like there’s a section under local group management policy where you can turn on “store passwords in reversible encryption” but it won’t let me turn it on. How do I bypass this? Or, alternatively, how do I find the registery key/ group policy that dictates what to set the password too? Or do I need to use mimikatz?
