She knew Ragatha didn't mean to be condecending either, and was arguably far more visibly annoyed with Jax doing it on purpose than she was with Ragatha even if she's still willing to put up with him. So why is Ragatha doing it by accident a complete dealbreaker but Jax crossing boundaries intentionally as a joke is completely fine? It's not even a dealbreaker to Pomni as a friend considering she seems to enjoy hanging with Ragatha and at least tolerates it from Jax. Heck, why is being accidentally infantilizing or overbearing to somebody a dealbreaker but gaslighting, unknowingly throwing their worst fear in their face or sabotaging the escape attempt they all desperately wanted all NOT?

Like, sure Jax helped her relax and gave her thrills that she enjoyed. Yes he makes her laugh. And yes, her and Jax were given alot of focus. But Ragatha also gave her kindness, a safe place, and a more dependable trust worthy friendship. Which we see is something that Pomni heavily values in the circus. I think Pomni appreciated both of them as friends, but both of them kinda crossed boundaries and infantilized her. The difference being Ragatha did it by accident and Jax more on purpose. And both ships are important to the story and go through alot of development. They're more similar than people make them out to be.

But I don't get why the things Ragatha accidentally did that hurt Pomni is somehow more egregious than the things Jax intentionally did. The show does say that both things make it hard to connect to others but it doesn't show that what Ragatha did is worse, it pretty obviously treats Jax pushing people away as the more harmful cautionary tale. And Ragatha, unlike Jax, was able to realize what she did was wrong and back off. Whereas Jax KNEW what he was doing was wrong and either rationalized it or couldn't break out of the Cycle he was stuck in.

Like it's fine to enjoy a toxic ship more than a fluffy yet awkward comfort ship. I don't even mind a scenario of what could have been if Jax let Pomni in and got his act together. I myself think Funnybunny coukd have worked well of Jax hadn't been an idiot and screwed things up by pushing Pomni away to the point it'd be hard for her to trust him that way. But at least acknowledge that it's messy and toxic in canon and that people might think it wouldn't work as well because of that instead of being a hypocrite or claiming it's healthier than it actually is. I'm not saying Funnybunny sucks, that depends on what you want out of a ship. But like ANY ship with Jax, it's messy and not gonna be everyone's cup of tea just as fluffy comfort ships aren't going to be everyone's thing.
