Hello! This is a primary hub for roleplay sideblogs within the Dungeons & Dragons canon settings, including Out of the Abyss, the Baldur's Gate franchise, (soon-to-be Curse of Strahd) and general Forgotten Realms/Greyhawk lore. All characters are suitable for general fantasy verses, and I am usually happy to work with you in adapting my muses to suit yours' setting.
At the moment, I am back in the ASOIAF brainrot. There will be a convergence of verses/muses added for ASOIAF specifically.
My current active muses are:
@pleasureprince: Graz'zt, the Demon Prince of hedonism, indulgence, and tyranny. Please carefully read his About page for content warnings.
@venushorned: Gossamer, a Forgotten Realms OC (tiefling bard/rogue, courtesan and assassin, raised in Menzoberranzan) available as a BG3 companion.
@hedgewitched: Rue, a Forgotten Realms OC (hexblood witch) with both Tav and non-Tav BG3 verse options. Most suitable as a BG2 companion in her main verse.
@propheceye: Nemeia, a Dark Urge for BG3. Divination Wizard; the Eye of Bhaal; the Coming End That Walks.
@crannoglord: Not D&D, but ASOIAF's Howland Reed. Lowest activity, and halfway an accessory to Rue's ASOIAF verse.
And you may find aesthetics, musings, and other miscellany reblogged at @argentpalace.
NOTE: If the muse list is intimidating and you aren't sure where to begin, Gossamer is my default home-base. If you want to quickly get the absolute most out of writing with me, I suggest you begin with her.
Please note that Graz'zt and Gossamer have intersecting histories as a result of their shared involvement in my Out of the Abyss experience. One may occasionally reference the other in threads, though it will be much more common for Gossamer to reference Graz'zt than the other way around. You do not have to follow both to interact with either.
My name is Ophelia, she/her, 31. All my blogs are strictly 21+; I will block anyone under this age who follows me for my own comfort, including anyone who lies or obscures their age for the sake of interaction. All blogs are also private or mutual-exclusive. You do not have to follow this hub to be considered mutual; you only have to follow the individual characters that you are interested in writing with. If you choose to unfollow, no hard feelings; I only ask that you hard block me if that is the case.
I write using small text and fly iconless, with relatively limited formatting. My focus is first and foremost on writing over aesthetics, and overly-formatted posts can be a bit difficult to parse for me. I love looking at how beautiful everyone's blogs are, but my primary concern is with the quality of interactions. If you enjoy formatting your posts, don't feel as if this excludes you from interactingβif I've followed you first, in particular, it is because I'm interested in writing with you.
Plotting and pre-established relationships are the foundations of long-lasting roleplay, so please don't hesitate about reaching out with any ideas! If you're on the more shy side (I am, too, don't worry; you're in good company), you can always send an ask or a meme my way. I try to put a lot of effort into my ask responses to facilitate them being picked up as threads, and even if that interaction doesn't go far, it's a great ice-breaker that will inevitably lead us into deeper plotting. Across all my blogs, sending in a prompt is always the best way to get something going! Nothing ever expires, and I am always accepting anything.
I love shipping, but generally prefer to see it happen organically. If you want to test chemistry, don't be shy, but my characters are generally not easy to initiate genuine romantic relationships with. Graz'zt is an ageless demon; Gossamer is deeply traumatized and understands her relationships with other people largely through transaction; Rue and Nemeia are both along the ace spectrum, and while it isn't impossible, romance and sex are not generally on their radars. All this to say: hit me up if you want to explore possibilities, but I don't necessarily look to write romance very often. It's a fun by-product!
I am low-activity, so patience is keyβmy turnaround stretches quite long. I also try to focus most of my writing energy on a single muse at a time (for example, one month I will mostly write on Graz'zt; another, I will focus predominantly on Gossamer, etc.) because I find the quality of my writing and integrity of my characterization remains truer this way.
Otherwise, my only request is that we all behave like adults and not be assholes. I feel like I shouldn't have to specify that general bigotry won't be tolerated here, but there it is.
