HONESTLY !

            “Well, this is a law firm, after all.” 

He shrugged. He didn’t really like it either.

He was a little suspicious about if she was telling the truth. But there seemed no reason for her to cover up for them if they’d hurt her.

Unless she was being threatened. 

            ”Ha!" the puppet let out a bitter laugh.             ”Me a good boss —— that’s a good one.”

            ”I don’t think I’m friends with the folks              in security. Or any of the ops. units.               … I kind of killed most of them my first               day on the job … and their leader.

                              "I'm sure you're... fine---"

                                   You    W H A T ?                     Her eyes screamed, widening slightly,                    but her lips remained sealed, keeping it                                         to herself. 

            "Being killed is definitely something people are                    going to have to... come around from."

     She smiled sympathetically. She knew what      he was; mostly from Stories. She'd never have      been able to tell it in this form. 

                In place of an answer, The Doctor merely allowed his brows to rise                for one short moment before settling back into their original position,                                              his gaze fixed on the girl’s steps.

       And loads of things were wonderful about the right! The right hand of justice.         The right… was very important in that instance. See? The right had loads of                                                   wonderful things about it.

                         But a stubborn one, stubburn and curious.

    Turning on her heel, she put her hands on her hips,     and looked at him as if she were telling him off. 

                      "---No. No more.                     I want to know why."

                                 He'd never liked her much, either.

                 Apologetically, the young witch held the strap of her                            bag and turned slightly, as if to leave. 

                                       "I won't keep you. Your shop is rather beautiful is all.                                      I've new in Town. The Mayor was saying you don't get                                        many visitors... I could come and look round another                                                                                       day, if it suits you?" 

               She had seen a few notable items dotting his shelves.                 In amongst it all, she was sure she had seen a wand.                     How had a wand come to be here of all places---?
