This phantom does NOT make it to new york city. Right before he disappears under the cloak, he does this dramatic hand gesture like he's brushing something off. Or saying "whatever." I can't describe it well and I am unable to find an image of what I'm looking for on the internet. Think someone says they don't have your favorite flavor of ice cream and they just kinda brush it off like "yeah whatever, no big deal."
