I am worthy of feeling my feelings. I get to ask question and say if something is making me uncomfortable. I can cry and be angry. I can be disappointed in people that I love. I can choose to forgive someone even if they have hurt or disappointed me but I also can choose not to.

I consistently leave social situations feeling like I’ve talked too much and too loudly, and emphatically said things I don’t mean. I leave wishing I’d given more compliments and eaten more slowly. How do other people speak so fluidly, tell their stories so gracefully? I am messy and hungry and always swearing, always starting my sentences without knowing where they’ll end. 

I hope the next thing I get addicted to is taking care of my self and loving my body

i love myself but i dont love me back

Isn’t it a beautiful thought that one day ur gonna have little people running around your house that are half you and half the person you love.

do u ever think about someone and ur like: i wanna take care of them so hard??? i want to be their #1 supporter especially during times when they think no one believes in them. i want to comfort them when their thoughts are too loud and i’ll stay up with them all night until they drift off into a peaceful sleep in my arms. like u just wanna b there for them???? and love them endlessly????? and give them affection and so much love that they have never received????

There is literally nothing in nature that blooms all year long, so do not expect yourself to do so.

Sometimes I drink too much vodka or eat 3 servings of macaroni and cheese in one sitting, but by far the most unhealthy habit I have is comparing myself to others.

lately i’ve been replacing my “i’m sorry”s with “thank you”s, like instead of “sorry i’m late” i’ll say “thanks for waiting for me”, or instead of “sorry for being such a mess” i’ll say “thank you for loving me and caring about me unconditionally” and it’s not only shifted the way i think and feel about myself but also improved my relationships with others who now get to receive my gratitude instead of my negativity
