Whatever happens, try to grow to the light, like nature does. 

I refuse to shrink for fear and darkness, to be something else than full of love; for the world and most of all, for myself. I can’t deal with negativity and suffering anymore. I will not deny darkness, as it is inevitable, but refuse to dissolve. I will only grow, grow, grow; to the light. And sometimes into the depths of the earth. 

Maybe life would be easier if I started seeing my life like I observe the sky and clouds: always changing, always beautiful. 

You know what is funny?! Sometimes I write stuff or post pictures which I’m quite fond of and then nothing happens with it. Maybe one or two people like it and that’s it. Most of the time it makes me shrink a little bit, seeing something I made and am proud of not being ‘appreciated’. It makes me feel insecure about my talents.. Sometimes though, after a while or even months, there’s someone who finds the post and shares it with their followers and the post gets loads of notes and appreciated by more people. Suddenly it seems like what I create is actually good after all. What I’m trying to say is; just because your creations doesn’t get reblogged or liked or whatever, it doesn’t mean shit. It’s most of the time just a matter of being lucky, getting noticed by the right people. Please don’t ever create your self image by how many people like your stuff, it’s not fair. Make and share your art because you are proud of it and don’t change your thought if nobody really sees it (yet). 

I refuse to identify myself with something other than love.

There’s literally no point in having negative thoughts.

Whatever happens, try to grow to the light, like nature does. 

There is almost nothing in nature that blooms all year long, so do not expect yourself to do so. 

Never underestimate the power of eating perfectly ripe fruit.
