Day 20! (I think) I have a few more days since I missed so many!!

Day 20! Forgot yesterday again. Maybe I'll it 22 for 30?

Day 18! Easier than the others!

Had to cut it short because i refuse to upload to vimeo. Missed yesterday! Feeling it easier to do, but those last ones are terrible

Day 14! Still loving it and I think I'm improving! (But I haven't noticed a whole lot)

Day 12! Going okay. Hard day for personal reasons.

Day 7 of 22for22! Good day. Worked out and felt good. Not as long as I had hoped though

Can't believe I forgot yesterday! Ahh! Day 6 of the challenge. Will make up for it by appending a day on the end

Day 4! Had to trim into out to upload to here. It's actually pretty great because it makes me HAVE to complete soon. Difficult and I think my body is trying to come down with something.

Day 3 of 22 for 22for22. It's starting to hurt in my chest and the crook of my armpit. It I gotta keep going!

Day two. Harder today because I didn't stretch or have a warm up. Had yup trim yup upload yup here. Sorry for the low light and bad form towards the end :/
