A wolf and a witch on a date | Keir & Tristan
Tristan smiled with closed lips. God, he was trying too hard for something that was supposed to be simple. Biting the inside of his cheeks to hide the blush, he closed Keirās door and rushed over to his side. Fancy⦠Okay. He was prepared for that. He started the ignition and turned to Keir with a small smile. āFancy⦠Nice⦠Got it.. Okay. Uhā¦ā He awkwardly scooted over to the glove compartment and opened it, pulling out a blindfold and handing it to Keir. āHere, put this on.ā He paused realizing how murderous the scene would be. āOr⦠Or⦠Notā¦ā He pulled back just leaving it in Keirās hand. āItās your choice reallyā¦āĀ
He felt so stupid. He was surprised his powers werenāt acting up.Ā Just shup and drive, Tristan.Ā He told himself. His foot stepped on the gas, heading to the restaurant he placed a reservation on. One hand was placed on the wheel and the other was blindly skimming for the power button to the car radio. Music would make him less nervous right? God, he hoped so. He let out a little sigh as he finally found the button and turned it on. āI love this song.ā He chuckled as the songĀ Best Day of My Life by American AuthorsĀ filled the car. āI howled at the moon with friends And then the sun came crashing in. Wo-o-o-oh.Ā ā He tried singing along, hopefully loosening the stiffness in the car.
Looking at Tristan rather skeptically, he let out a small snort and took the blindfold from him. Ā If Tristan wanted to surprise him, then alright. Ā Keir tugged it on and blinked a bit. Ā "Don't suppose you're going to tell me where we're going, are you?" Ā He cracked a small smile and leaned between the car seat and the window. Ā How long the ride would be, he wasn't sure--not that it really mattered.
His ears twitched as Tristan turned on the radio, and a laugh built up in his chest. Ā Stifling a small burst of laughter as Tristan began to sing along, Keir joined in, a smile tugging the corners of his lips. Ā The music made him feel less stiff and more relaxed. Ā When the song ended, he turned in the witch's direction, "you're not bad at singing," he grinned.
