hockey

- chris would definitely teach his son to iceskate as soon as he's old enough. - he wouldn't force hockey onto him, but it was such a big aspect in his childhood that he would love for it to be the same for his son.

sports

- chris will teach his son every sport known to man. doesn't matter if chris didn't play it as a kid, he'd play it w his son. - along with sports, they'd also often endure play fights. chris would always let the little boy win, ending it with a cheerful "S/N IS THE WINNER!!!"

manners

- chris would 100% be the dad to teach his son to be respectful to women. whenever he slips up when talking to you or a girl from his class, chris is quick to correct him and teach him that's not okay - he'd also teach him just basic manners. always hold the door open for someone, say please and thank you, etc.

spoiling

- lowkey spoils the shit out of his kid. always grabbing something off the shelves when you aren't paying attention and throwing it in the basket. smiling at his son and telling him to keep it a secret from you

presents

- whenever chris would buy you flowers, it was up to your son to gift them to you. - "hey, go run these to your mom!" chris whisper to him, handing the bouquet to him and telling him to hide it behind his back till he got to you - "hey!" he'd whisper, keeping his tone just like his dads, "gotta give these to you!" always leaving him in a fit of giggles

daddy/son days

- spontaneous outings with just chris and his son. 3-4 times a month and most of the time it would be to benefit you. your son is always finding the most random things that he'd think you'd like. whether its a box of chocolates or a toothbrush, him and chris have to get it for you

family walks

- chris would insist on taking you and your son on evening walks. he loved the way it was a good way to wind down, as well as a way to take some energy out of your kid (and chris too)

nicknames

- chris loves calling you 'mamas' in front of your son, so when your getting ready to go out with your friends and your all dressed up chris would say "look at you mamas" and your son is behind him like "yeah! look at you mommy!"

tea parties + dressing up

- matt would totally do tea parties with his daughter. he'd always fake a british accent-and letting himself fall victim to his daughters shaming whenever he slipped up with his boston accent - matt would never back down if asked to dress up, he'd sport the puffy tuutuu and the tiara with a smile on his face. even if it meant he'd be covered in glitter by the end of it - the two used to have real tea at these parties, but later lost those privileges because they would mess around too much and stained your carpet. now stuck with just water

barbies

- matt would play barbies with her all the time. his daughter would even have specific dolls that only he could use purely bc they were his favorite

minecraft

- matt would 100% teach his daughter how to play. theyd always play in creative mode bc monsters were too scary, and they'd build houses and towns together

nighttime

- when matts daughter is a newborn he'd always ALWAYS let you sleep and would take care of your daughter js to let you rest. you could put up a boxing match but he will not let you out of bed.

reading

- matt would read to her every single night - matt would let her pick the book every time even if hes read that book past 1000 times before js bc its her favorite and loves seeing her happy

baby fever

- massive massive massive baby fever - everytime hes near a little kid hed accidentally get himself hyped up at the idea of raising one of his own - whenever matt hangs out with friends that are parents hed immediately go to their baby and beg and beg and beg until he could hold them. refusing to put them down when he has to go.

grocery store

- matt would set her down in the basket part of the cart and would play with her and be noisy while walking throughout the store
