So let me tell you the awesome story behind these pictures. I went to see Boys Like Girls with my bestfriend April on October 2nd, 2012. We were in the front row when they came on. Throughout the night the boys kept looking at us and smiling. Martin even called us cute at one point before saying we were the life of the party. Paul came over and gave our side of the crowd a thumbs down but pointed to me and said “but I love you.” So I think to myself, “awwh, that was nice. That’s probably going to be the best part of the concert.” WRONG. Later on at the end of one of their songs Paul came back and handed me his guitar pick before leaning off the stage and telling me to strum his guitar for him. People freaked out and said they were so jealous after that, BUT it got better. During one of their later songs, Martin came off stage and stood on the rail in front right next to me. Me being the nice person I am, held his leg to make sure he wouldn’t fall while all the crazy girls were trying to pull him and his microphone into the crowd. After he hopped down, he walked up to me. He put his hand on the back of my head, and pulled me in to where his face was on mine. Then he continued to serenade me. To top it all off, that wasn’t the last good thing that happened to me. After their set ended, I had Martin sign saying he had really serenaded me, and I got Paul & John’s signatures before the actual meet & greet. When the actual meet and greet came, I almost died. The night before the show Morgan had tweeted me asking him to bring him a ricotta pie, but I was afraid it would go bad before the show. So I wrote him a note saying that I was sorry for not bringing him one. Him & Paul sang about it staying good for three days, and I couldn’t stop laughing. He put his arm around me, then put his lips on my cheek and said “it’s okay you didn’t bring me any, thank you for writing me the note. you’re very sweet.” While he was talking I literally kept saying, “Morgan, you’re kissing me. Morgan.. YOU’RE KISSING ME.” then he said “I know,” and gave me a quick peck. The guy taking the pictures had to get on to everyone, because we all ended up talking. Finally we got our picture and left. While we were waiting to be picked up, Paul came outside. I asked him for one last hug & to sign proving he’d let me strum his guitar. When I looked back down at the paper, not only did he sign it, but he also wrote “I was blown away by your guitar playing!!!” So, needless to say my night was AMAZING. (I did also meet Jordan from the ready set and got him to write lyrics for my tattoo. I met Cameron, who tours with him. & I met Kasey from ROAR. <33) But literally.. perfect night.
