Also sorry if this sounds weird, but just to clarify, how do you identify gender-wise? You present femininely but also use tags both for diaper boys and diaper girls. Are you just a femboy? Transgirl/transfemme? nonbianary/neither/genderfluid? do you go by she/her, they/them, or he/him? Any preference for informal gendered terms like "princess," "bro," "girlie," "Mister/Miss," "femboy," etc?

I'm biological male and identity as male but years ago I slipped into an incredible rabbit hole of C/D and one thing after another and mingling in SM clubs, I somehow ended up working as a (female presenting) receptionist in a hostess club here in Tokyo. The manager has a thing for twinks and I wear the same uniform/outfits as the hostesses. I am mostly living as a girl nowadays because if I'm not working, I am a rental girlfriend or doing photoshoots. A reason I look feminine is mostly makeup but I do have a hormone deficiency and in the past I always forgot to take the hormonal supplements as a teen. Without makeup or styling my hair, I would look something in between.
I work out a lot to combat osteoporosis that people with my condition usually get. Long story! But I am comfortable being who I am now. As for now I am living as a girl/woman but who knows how that will change in the future! So tl,dr - call me what you want!
