another redesign ft. mina. i actually like her canon outfit for the most part, this is more a “what if”

im usually a total slut for fur collars, but mina’s seems out of place so i changed it to match her costume a bit more and give off a more poisonous/acidic vibe to match her quirk

gauntlets. mina can do so much with her quirk, but we never get to see her augment it with equipment, so i slapped some prototype bakugo-esque gauntlets on her that can shoot her acid at much higher speeds than if she were just clasping her hands together

eliminated cleavage, cause yknow, she’s 15

utility belt because these kids gotta carry their phones somehow

i really wanted to amplify the attack potential jirou has and play to her strengths, and i couldn’t help throwin some color on this girl, let her live out her street punk dreams 

sound cancelling headphones. block out loud, offensive outer sounds while letting her focus on whatever sounds she may be listening for through her jacks. toggle-able.

more amps to disperse her sound output more evenly.

a pitch changer! lets her produce really high pitched sounds, or lets her blow out the bass

knee pads, just a bit of protection while also leaning into her street punk aesthetic

big ol boots with some big ol amps. upgraded from her old boots. used in tandem with the pitch changer to output some killer bass lines. can create some destructive vibrations. 

the long awaited hagakure! i really wanted to play with how she bends light because we barely saw a second of it in the show. ive been kicking myself for ideas all week and here’s what i’ve come up with

hagakure is shown to be able to refract and manipulate light to an extent, so i drew inspiration from her super move and the rochester cloak and messed with that concept a bit. her suit is made up of thousands of tiny lenses that bend and refract light, and by manipulating light through her body/suit with her quirk, she is able to “hide” the suit and become fully invisible. 

goggles, so she doesn’t blind herself with her quirk. cute n pink bc thats how she rolls

round mirrors placed throughout her suit, allow her to maintain her light refraction abilities for longer periods of time, also allows for more focused bursts of light.

stealth boots. extra padding that eats up sound. for sneakin’ around. bc she is a stealth hero after all

Shouto really managed to engage Touya enough that he went from thinking of Shouto as “Endeavor’s Third son” to acknowledging their brotherly bond.

But still, Touya mostly relates to Shouto in terms of quirks - calling him masterpiece, comparing their fires. He still sees both their existence defined by Endeavor’s experiment.

While Shouto - I feel even if he tries to remind himself that this is in fact Dabi, the villain - treats it mainly as a family issue by dropping the most important question. He doesn’t care about Touya’s quirk upgrade or who is hotter (even if Touya is hotter, we all know Shouto is cooler), he cares about why his brother never bothered to contact them. And his expression shows that it hurts him.

We know (or maybe assumed) that Dabi watched the Stain video and that’s why he decided to get up and exact his revenge

But here he says “I only began making my moves after seeing that battle at Hosu City.”

So, I’m wondering, was Dabi actually there during that battle? Watching from afar, just like Tomura was?

Because the video itself isn’t actually about the battle. It’s just some person singing Stain’s praises and then a clip of Stain ranting before falling unconscious. So I’m thinking, yeah. It’s likely I think, at least from this translations phrasing, that Dabi was there that night

With the chapter 349 spoilers out and that one subtle detail that’s likely to be a reveal in disguise, I must now make my case for not only my interpretation of what we just learned but what it means for the rest of the story.

Obviously the night is young. I’ve only had these spoilers for an hour and a half, but if anything happened to them I would kill everyone in this fandom and then myself.
