the thing is that haikyuu is about connection. you have to connect to get the ball in the air and to score a point. you have to connect with your teammates to form real trust. you have to connect with who you really are and want to be in order to pursue your truth. you have to connect with all of the world around you in order to be a part of it. face the team and the team will face you. no longer a solitary king or dictator. unbreakable bond of trust. when you're in a corner you toss to your best friend. there are six people on the court. with me you're invincible.
it's about reaching out to others and it's about allowing yourself to be found. it's about the people you let do that, the people you learn to trust. it's about how you will always carry them with you, even when you've grown up and apart. we don't talk anymore, but i'll still do an interview about him. i don't play anymore but i want volleyball to be everyone's favorite sport. i'm proud of who the person i knew in high school grew up to be.
it's i'll always be rooting for you and it's i want you to do your best and not look back and it's i'll be watching all your games and telling people i was your best friend. it's i'm still your best friend. it's i'm no longer your best friend but i still care so deeply. it's i still have my eyes on you. i still know you. i'm still proud. the connection is still there. it's always going to be there. we'll carry that with us forever. and that's all i have to say about that
