You can try OfficeMA Timesheet Home | OfficeMA Timesheet, although the structure is Client/Project/Task, you have extra fields such as Description and Location that you can use for a 4th level of information. For example you can use the Description field to store the student or teacher who received the service. At the application level you can generate reports up to the Task level, but then you can export these reports to CSV which will include the additional information in the 'Description' field if you import the CSV into Excel where you can do further filtering/grouping etc.... In terms of pricing the service costs approximately $2 per user per month and you get two users free, so it's competitive compared to others on the market.
